Darnley Toile

Darnley Toile was inspired by ‘Chintz’, one of Zoffany’s oldest and most iconic designs. Originally produced for Temple Newsam, a stately home near Leeds, Chintz was used in a room adjoining Temple Newsam’s Darnley room, from which this reinterpreted design takes its name.
