Divines Dorures

Of French origin, "Divines Dorures" is a fancy texture mixing pure virgin wool and alpaca with other fibers. The fabric is the result of a series of long and meticulous treatments: woven in workshops in the north of France, the fabric is then crushed near Castres, delicately washed with shavings of natural soap, and finally hot pressed . Metallic threads are inserted into the weave to ennoble the fabric and give it an almost precious appearance. "Divines Dorures" is mainly suitable for making decorative seats and cushions.
