Pure Torshavn Weave
Morris & Co
On his journey to Iceland in July 1871 Morris stopped at Tórshavn the Capital of the Faroe Islands from which this weave takes its name. The fabric has a slub weft and has been cross coloured by the Morris and Co. design studio to create a natural textured cord effect. Pure Tórshavn Weave is suitable for both contract upholstery and drapery.
